Brandie Lamberth

President

Our founder, Brandie Lamberth, began her professional career in the public accounting field in 1997, working at McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co., LLC primarily for clients in the long term care industry.  After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting in 2000 from Mercer University, she received her CPA certification in 2004.  Using her traits and skills developed as an accountant, she has been focusing on her area of expertise, regulatory aspects of change of ownership transition services within the health care industry, since 2007.  New Legacy Professional Services was started in 2018 to focus on providing these specialized services.

Nola Taunton

Vice President

Nola has worked in administrative healthcare since 2015.  She plays an integral part in helping streamline the regulatory change of ownership process for our clients, specifically in obtaining licensure and Medicare/Medicaid approvals.  Using persistence and adept communication with government agencies and insurance companies, one of her main focuses is to ensure the process of provider enrollment happens timely and accurately.
